Biden nominates Caroline Kennedy and Michelle Kwan to ambassador positions

President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he is nominating Caroline Kennedy, daughter of former President John F. Kennedy, and former Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan as United States ambassadors.
