Justice Department sees first acquittal of Jan. 6 rioter found not guilty on obstruction charge

A Jan. 6 rioter shot in the face by a police projectile at the Capitol who said his goal was to praise “the name of Jesus on the Senate floor” was acquitted of obstruction of justice.
