Kansas Gov. Kelly to begin 2nd term, Trump-allied AG Kobach returns to statewide office

Democratic Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly will be sworn in for her second term Monday, as will Trump-aligned Attorney General-elect Kris Kobach, a Republican.
