Kansas governor issues executive order requiring masks in public amid coronavirus case surge

Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly issued an executive order on Thursday mandating the use of face masks or coverings in public beginning Friday in an effort to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus in the state.
